References to the use and copyright

For the following acts there is a need of the previous affirmation of PELIPAL® GmbH:

-          extraction of digital data in the form of text and graphical material of our 
            internet presence,

-          duplication and especially digitalization of the graphical material,

-          storage of photo-data in Online-databases or in other electronic archives
           which are available to third parties,

-          storage of photo-data on disk, CD-ROM or similar data mediums,

-          all digital and miscellaneus modification or transfiguration of graphical material,

-          illustration for promotional purposes in online or printmedia

In the case of any offense  PELIPAL® will reserve the right to take legal action
